P&C

The P&C is a non-profit organisation whose goal is to positively contribute to the school. It provides parents and citizens with the opportunity to meet together to determine the needs and aspirations of the school community. We work closely with our community to promote the interests of the school, facilitate its development, and achieve the best possible outcomes for our students. This is done in many ways; from contributing in decision making and helping shape our school, to spending money that has been raised from canteen profits; to the fundraising exercises that we undertake throughout the school year. We also work hard with our local community to gain grants and sponsorship to help contribute to our school.

Our association is reliant on the help and support from our school community. If you can help by volunteering your time, whether in the canteen, fundraising events, gardening, grants, sponsorship or sharing information at P&C meetings, please make yourself known at the school front office or connect via our socials or email. The P&C is involved in many aspects of the school but the key ones are: Canteen, Scholastic Book Club, Second-hand Uniform Shop, Fundraising and Events. We run many fundraising events throughout the year like BBQs, raffles, bake sales, activities, Mothers/Fathers day stalls, discos, colour fun run, and friendly competitions.

The P&C committee gets together on a regular basis to report on current matters/activities and discuss ways that we can improve our school. We always welcome input from parents and other members of the community and we would love you to come along to a meeting. You can also connect with us via email info@hppspandc.org.au or social media.
